Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: June 15, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") lists the activities that are prohibited on Skill Atlas (the "Service"). It applies to every user, whether on a free trial, a paid subscription, a Credit Pack, or using their own API key via BYOK. This AUP is incorporated into our Terms of Service — violating it is a breach of those Terms and may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Illegal content and activity
You may not use the Service to:
- Generate, store, or distribute content that is illegal in your country, in the country where the Service is operated, or under the laws of the upstream model providers' jurisdictions.
- Plan, facilitate, or instruct on terrorism, attacks on critical infrastructure, or the creation of weapons (including biological, chemical, radiological, nuclear, or cyber weapons).
- Engage in or facilitate fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other financial crimes.
- Sell, distribute, or promote controlled substances or counterfeit goods.
2. Child safety
Skill Atlas has zero tolerance for content that sexualises or endangers minors. You may not generate, store, request, or distribute any content that constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualises minors in any way, or could facilitate grooming or other harm to children. We will report suspected CSAM to the relevant authorities.
3. Sexual and adult content
- You may not generate sexually explicit content, pornographic content, or non-consensual sexual content of any kind.
- You may not generate intimate imagery or descriptions of a real, identifiable person without their consent.
4. Violence, hate, and harassment
- You may not generate or distribute content that incites violence against, threatens, or harasses people based on protected characteristics (including race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or national origin).
- You may not produce content glorifying self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
- You may not use the Service to bully, dox, stalk, or coordinate harassment of any individual.
5. Privacy and impersonation
- You may not process other people's personal data through the Service in violation of applicable privacy law.
- You may not impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.
- You may not use the Service to scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract personal data at scale.
6. Disinformation and manipulation
- You may not use the Service to generate political disinformation, fake news, deepfakes, or coordinated inauthentic content intended to deceive at scale.
- You may not represent AI-generated output as human-authored in contexts (such as journalism, academic submissions, or legal filings) where this misrepresentation would cause material harm.
7. High-stakes decisions and professional advice
Skill Atlas output is generated by AI models and is not a substitute for professional judgment. You may not present AI output as certified medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and you must not use the Service as the sole basis for a decision in any high-stakes context (healthcare, legal proceedings, safety-critical engineering, etc.) without independent professional verification.
8. Service abuse
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the prompts, weights, or training data of the upstream models.
- You may not re-sell, re-host, or expose the Service as a generic AI proxy, gateway, or wrapper to third parties.
- You may not bypass credit limits, rate limits, or paywalls through automation, multiple accounts, or other means.
- You may not run automated traffic against the Service at a scale that affects availability for other users.
- You may not probe, scan, or test the security of the Service or its providers without prior written permission.
9. Upstream provider policies
Skill Atlas relies on third-party model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and any other provider you connect via BYOK). You must comply with their usage policies as well as this AUP — for example, Anthropic Usage Policies, OpenAI Usage Policies, Google's prohibited-use policies. Violating an upstream policy is also a violation of this AUP.
10. Enforcement
We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, take any of the following actions in response to a suspected violation:
- Block the offending request and refuse to generate output.
- Pause or rate-limit your account pending investigation.
- Suspend or permanently terminate your account.
- Report unlawful content or conduct to the relevant authorities.
- Cooperate with legal process directed at the violating account.
We do not generally issue refunds for accounts terminated for AUP violations.
11. Reporting abuse
If you become aware of activity on Skill Atlas that violates this AUP — especially content that sexualises minors, threatens imminent harm, or is otherwise illegal — please report it immediately to support@fluxi.cc. Include the URL, screenshot, or other context if you can.
12. Updates
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
